Indoor Air Quality Initiatives

AtmosAir Solutions announced an indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring and education initiative through its participation in the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Executive Partner Program, with a focus on advancing environmentally sustainable air management practices across the cruise industry. The initiative promotes awareness of energy-efficient air purification technologies and real-time monitoring systems that contribute to reduced environmental impact while enhancing onboard air quality.

Key technologies include continuous monitoring platforms such as AtmosSmart and Awair, integrated with bi-polar ionization (BPI) systems within HVAC infrastructure. These solutions are designed to optimize airflow efficiency, lower energy consumption, and reduce reliance on chemical-based air treatments. By targeting airborne pollutants such as volatile organic compounds and particulates, the systems support cleaner indoor environments with a smaller ecological footprint.

Through data-driven monitoring and industry collaboration, the initiative supports transparency, operational efficiency, and the adoption of sustainability-focused standards across maritime environments.
