ARUP, a global design, engineering, and consulting firm, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) to advance sustainable construction practices in Vietnam. The agreement outlines a collaborative framework focused on facilitating the transfer of technical expertise, promoting innovative low-carbon building solutions, and supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure. Both parties aim to integrate international sustainable design principles with localized strategies to address the environmental challenges associated with urban development in the country.

The MOU is expected to strengthen capacity building, encourage knowledge exchange, and foster partnerships among key stakeholders within the Vietnamese construction sector.
