Guillaume Bloget Designs the Cloche Table Smoker
Amy Duong — April 25, 2024References: yankodesign & guillaumebloget
Guillaume Bloget designed the Cloche Table Smoker, which works by depending on aromatic plants and wood chips to activate the smoker. When food is cold, smoking the dishes will retain their original flavors with the addition of smokiness. Due to the structural and modern design, it also adds a dining table decor piece.
The Cloche is made from beech wood materials and stainless steel for a harmonious design language. To work the smoker, users are to place the ingredients inside on top of the metal section and then place the aromatic plants and pine needles. From there, matches or a blowtorch will light the 'firepit.' Close the smoker with the beech cover and the fire will be put out once covered to start smoking.
