Upcycled Coffee Liqueurs

A groundbreaking innovation in sustainable spirits has caught the attention of UK Parliament, as a Member of Parliament publicly commended a British distillery for its pioneering work in waste reduction and circular production. Murray & Yeatman latest creation, Realizzato—the world’s first alcoholic beverage distilled entirely from upcycled spent coffee grounds—is redefining the coffee liqueur category.

Unlike traditional coffee liqueurs, which are typically rum- or vodka-based with added flavorings, Realizzato is the only product of its kind that derives its alcohol content directly from used coffee grounds. This unique process not only captures the rich, authentic essence of real coffee but also offers an innovative solution to the thousands of tonnes of coffee waste sent to landfill daily.
