Eco-Friendly Commuter Bikes

The CSR 762 is an electric bike that combines speed, creativity, and eco-friendliness. It is the latest offering from Svitch Group, an electric vehicle start-up from Ahmedabad, India. The bike has a sleek design, available in three colors: Scarlet Red, Black Diamond, and Molten Mercury. It also features a 40L space for helmet inside the dummy fuel tank, and a built-in mobile charger and holder that can act as a second display.

The bike is powered by a 3kW mid-drive PMS DC electric motor that delivers a peak output of 10kW (13.4 bhp) and 56 Nm of torque. It can reach a top speed of 120 kmph, and has a range of 190 km on a single charge. The bike uses twin Lithium ion battery packs of 3.6kWh capacity, which can be swapped with two extra battery suitcases for a longer ride. The bike has six riding modes, air cooling technology, and a combi braking system. It is priced at INR 1.9 lakh (ex-showroom), and is currently available for Expression of Interest (EOI) on the CSR 762 website.
