The EU OLIVE OIL Project Brings Sustainability Practices to Europe

The 'EU OLIVE OIL project,' focused on enhancing the quality and sustainability of European extra virgin olive oil, will participate in the Winter Fancy Food Show, an international trade fair for the agri-food sector, in Las Vegas.

This event provides an opportunity for "industry professionals, including producers, distributors, and buyers, to engage with developments in the olive oil sector as the EU OLIVE OIL project will present initiatives aimed at ensuring product quality, traceability, and sustainable production practices."

A press conference will outline the project’s goals and highlight the role of the Cosentina Olive Association in supporting European olive oil production. Additionally, discussions will address environmentally responsible farming methods, and a cooking demonstration will explore the culinary applications of extra virgin olive oil, engaging audiences through an interactive format.
