Recycled Resin Deodorant Packaging

Every Man Jack Unveils a Recyclable Deodorant Packaging Model

Men’s grooming brand Every Man Jack is launching its fully recyclable deodorant stick—crafted entirely from mono-material polypropylene. Unlike its previous packaging, which combined polypropylene with a polyethylene carrier and posed challenges for both recyclability and design efficiency, the new format streamlines the material composition to make end-of-life disposal significantly easier.

By eliminating mixed plastics, Every Man Jack has removed the barriers that often prevent traditional deodorant packaging from entering proper recycling streams. This mono-material approach not only enhances circularity but also simplifies manufacturing and reduces environmental impact.

“At Every Man Jack, we don’t just talk about sustainability — we live and breathe it in every aspect of our business,” says company CEO Gerry Chesser. “The outdoors is our inspiration, our source of strength, and our responsibility. We’re inviting people to take time for themselves outside while also thinking about the choices they make with products and how those choices impact the world around them. We’re committed to making positive impacts on both the planet and the lives of those who enjoy it.”
