Biodegradable Bubble Wraps

Globe Packaging has broadened its biodegradable bubble wrap line with new 500mm-wide rolls. These rolls are set to be marketed to e-commerce businesses and warehouses seeking more sustainable packing solutions. Made from low-density polythene blended with a biodegradable additive, the material is designed to break down faster in landfill-like conditions while still providing effective shock absorption through small air bubbles.

Reusable and compatible with select film recycling schemes, the product complies with the UK’s push toward reusable, recyclable, and compostable packaging as part of a circular economy.
