Intentionally Stained Apparel

Heinz Vintage Drip Adorns Secondhand Streetwear with Ketchup

Clothing that's irreparably stained is often seen as ruined but Heinz is changing minds with its Heinz Vintage Drip collection. This exclusive 157-piece collection was made possible in partnership with the online resale platform ThredUP and it features second-hand streetwear and designer pieces intentionally stained with ketchup.

Heinz Vintage Drip speaks to the 62% of Gen Z and Millennials who search for thrifted items before purchasing new items. And with this collection, Heinz is attempting to introduce "a new iconic symbol" in the form of a ketchup stain.

The eco-friendly capsule collection features sizes from XXS to XXL and 100% of the proceeds from sales will go towards supporting Rise Against Hunger and its work to provide global hunger relief.
