Marine Plastic Planter Pots

The POTR Ocean Pot is a traceable, eco-friendly planter pot created with sustainability in mind thanks to its reclaimed material composition to work well for avid or amateur gardeners alike. The pot is crafted entire from discarded fishing gear sourced from the UK coastlines and is paired with a QR code that will offer consumers information about which beach and harbor it was sourced from. The recycled ocean plastic is recovered, sorted and shredded by Waterhaul, while POTR comes as the first organization to use the Traceable Marine Plastic material.

Founder Andrew Flynn spoke on the POTR Ocean Pot saying, "I was in Skye recently, and while it’s one of the most beautiful places in the world, the amount of marine waste on the west coast is staggering. Waste is choking our shoreline – Surely there is something that can be done to make it useful."
