Miniforms recently debuted a stunning sustainable lighting collection that promises to elevate any contemporary interior. The Tuscan studio e-ggs designed the Rificolona capsule. The lighting silhouettes emphasize sustainability, adaptability, and minimalist aesthetics.
The lamp in the Rificolona collection is constructed primarily from recycled polyethylene, which was sourced from industrial and household waste. The material was processed through a low-energy, circular production method that allows it to be repeatedly remelted without degradation.
Beyond its eco-conscious credentials of e-ggs' sustainable lighting collection, the designs leverage the inherent translucency and lightweight properties of polyethylene to create a diffused, atmospheric glow. The pieces also include a patented adjustment mechanism with a sliding black sphere that alters the lamp’s angle. This detail enhances functionality and enables users to customize illumination for different settings.
