Refillable Personal Care Packaging

Personal care brand Aveda has partnered with AeroFlexx to launch a new recyclable refill format for its hair and skincare products, making it the first prestige beauty company to adopt AeroFlexx’s globally curbside-recyclable technology.

The novel packaging features a lightweight airframe design that reduces plastic use by up to 70% compared to two of Aveda’s standard 250ml bottles. The resealable refill pack allows for precise dispensing while simplifying recycling, aligning with Aveda’s design-for-recyclability principles.
