Eco-conscious resort activities are taking center stage at Velas Resorts this Earth Month, with properties across Mexico offering guests interactive experiences that celebrate nature, culture, and sustainability. From Puerto Vallarta to Riviera Maya, the initiatives invite travelers of all ages to connect with the environment through hands-on, meaningful activities.

At Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, guests can tour local ecosystems via bike or learn about whale conservation inside a life-size inflatable model named Bonita. The resort also partners with AZPER to highlight the importance of bees through a honey extraction demonstration and beeswax crafting workshop. Meanwhile, Casa Velas is offering a Sustainable Gardening Workshop, teaching participants how to grow organically using native plants and recycled materials.

Further south, Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Los Cabos engage families with tree planting, beach cleanups, recycled fashion design, and melipona bee education. These Earth Month experiences complement Velas Resorts' year-round sustainability practices, reinforcing their long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship and cultural preservation.
