The Electrolux 700 Series front‐load laundry pair delivers advanced cleaning performance through features designed to optimize resource use. Its SmartBoost™ premixing technology combines water and detergent prior to each cycle for enhanced stain removal—even in cold water—while the Cold Wash and Cold Sanitize options allow users to clean and eliminate 99.9 % of odor-causing bacteria without heating. Temperature settings have been reordered to list cold first, and an Adaptive PODS™ dispenser accommodates all detergent formats. A Wear It Again™ refresh cycle completes lightly worn loads in 15 minutes, and an integrated Care Meter displays green-leaf indicators to help select the most water- and energy-efficient settings.
In April 2025, Green Builder Media honored the 700 Series with its Sustainable Product of the Year award, recognizing its role in promoting environmentally responsible laundry care. Both washer and dryer models have earned the ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient 2025 designation for achieving the lowest energy consumption among standard-size washers on the U.S. market.
