The Star Hill Farm Whisky by Maker's Mark boasts a significant departure from the brand's 70-year tradition with a mashbill and inaugural wheat whisky expression. This limited annual release represents a decade-long exploration of regenerative agriculture's impact on flavor and eliminates corn entirely in favor of two wheat-forward recipes — one blending 70% soft red winter wheat with malted barley, and another using 100% malted wheat.

The Star Hill Farm Whisky is bottled uncut at cask strength (57.35% ABV) and offers nuanced tasting notes ranging from honeyed toffee and chocolate cherries to toasted pecan and cinnamon. Beyond the liquid itself, the launch signals Maker's Mark's deepened commitment to sustainability through the formation of The Maker's Mark Regenerative Alliance, which aims to convert one million acres of farmland to regenerative practices within three years.
