The Barcelona-based brand’s new 'Functional Series' features four protein and fibre-rich offerings designed to support gut health, digestion, and overall performance.
The lineup includes a probiotic-packed 'Digestive Creamer,' nutrient-dense 'Functional Topping' with lion’s mane mushroom, a high-protein cashew-based 'Protein Cream,' and a complete-amino-acid 'Power Blend' protein powder. Reformulated versions of its 'Vera' and 'Vrie' cheeses now offer improved protein content and texture. Co-founders Ana Luz and Maxime Boniface say the shift responds to a growing demand for plant-based foods that deliver tangible health benefits alongside sustainability.
