Plant-based seafood company Mind Blown has partnered with PLNT Burger for the third consecutive year to reintroduce the popular 'Happy Crabby' sandwich. This launch coincides with World Ocean Month and combines craveable flavors with ethical sourcing.
This limited-time offering features Mind Blown's Maryland-style plant-based crab cake, seasoned with Old Bay-inspired flavors and served with traditional accompaniments on a toasted bun. The collaboration emphasizes sustainability, with Mind Blown donating 1% of profits to coral reef restoration through the Coral Restoration Foundation.
The collaborative Happy Crabby sandwich is available from June 8 to September 1 at PLNT Burger locations across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic US. The menu item aims to provide a seafood-like experience without environmental concerns, boasting 11 grams of plant-based protein per serving.
