TBM Debuts the New LIMEX Pellet for its Detergent Packaging

TBM has announced that BioTech has selected LIMEX Pellet as the packaging material for its flagship line of detergents. Made primarily from calcium carbonate and other inorganic materials, LIMEX Pellet is an environmentally responsible alternative to traditional plastic, aligning seamlessly with BioTech’s eco-first philosophy.
Known for its naturally derived, chemical-free products such as Bio Clean and Bio Baby, BioTech sought a packaging solution that matched its commitment to safety and sustainability. LIMEX offered a compelling combination of environmental benefits, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. Containing more than 50% inorganic content, LIMEX Pellet reduces plastic consumption and carbon emissions, all while being compatible with standard molding equipment.
The material’s premium matte texture adds aesthetic appeal, while its reliance on abundant limestone makes it a practical long-term solution. Currently used for three Bio Clean variants, BioTech and TBM plan to expand LIMEX use across more products.
