Memorigin Teams Up with Hirsch to Launch Eco-Friendly Watch Straps

Hong Kong-based Memorigin has partnered with Austrian strap manufacturer HIRSCH to debut a line of sustainable, eco-conscious watch straps that will pair well with its luxury tourbillon timepieces.
The straps are crafted using HIRSCH RECYCLE ARNE fabric, an innovative material made from 100% recycled marine plastic waste collected from the Mediterranean Sea. Woven with SEAQUAL Yarn, the fabric offers the luxurious feel of high-end wool while maintaining the durability and performance of sportswear. Beyond aesthetics and wearability, the straps contribute directly to marine conservation by helping remove plastic waste from sensitive ecosystems.
Adding to the sustainable design, the straps’ backing incorporates Naturo Caoutchouc, a renewable, hypoallergenic natural rubber derived from desert plants, emphasizing the product's environmental responsibility and dedication to wearer comfort.
