Financial technology firm Broadridge Financial Solutions and sustainability software provider Novisto announced a strategic partnership to launch a joint platform for sustainability data management and reporting. The collaboration will integrate Novisto’s enterprise ESG software with Broadridge’s tools for public companies, creating an advanced solution to help businesses capture, analyze, and disclose sustainability metrics. The platform is designed to streamline the preparation of investor-grade ESG reports, address evolving regulatory requirements, and respond to ratings agencies’ questionnaires.

By servicing clients in over 100 countries, the partners aim to tackle the complexity companies face in consolidating non-financial data -- such as carbon emissions, diversity statistics, and supply chain impacts -- into coherent, auditable reports. Broadridge executives emphasized that with rising investor and regulator focus on sustainable business models, this tool will enable companies to produce high-quality disclosures and enhance stakeholder engagement efficiently.
