TARMAC Aerosave Launches TARMAC Legacy, the Upcycled Aviation Brand
Kanesa D — June 30, 2025France-based TARMAC Aerosave is launching TARMAC Legacy, a brand dedicated to repurposing non-airworthy aircraft components for non-aviation uses.
With this new initiative, TARMAC Aerosave is giving a second life to select aircraft parts by transforming them into functional art, bespoke furniture, and collectible décor. Highlights include landing gear hatches reborn as sculptural wine racks and aircraft-connecting rod lamps.
The offering will also extend to repurposed cabin elements, such as storage boxes, trolleys, and torches, which will be available for direct purchase by aviation enthusiasts and design lovers alike. These pieces not only offer a tangible connection to the history of flight but also highlight a meaningful commitment to upcycling and responsible consumption.
In addition to consumer sales, TARMAC Legacy objects will be made available to museums, aviation training centers, and educational institutions, further enriching the cultural and functional legacy of each aircraft.
