Antalis has introduced a new expandable mailing solution from Jiffy, featuring innovative ‘flex-to-fit’ Hexpand technology that allows the packaging to conform closely to the shape of its contents. This design reduces the need for oversized boxes and excess filler materials, creating a more efficient and sustainable shipping option.

Crafted from recyclable materials and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the Jiffy Hexpand Mailer reflects Antalis’s commitment to responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship.

The mailer is engineered to help businesses streamline operations by minimizing packing time, lowering shipping costs, and optimizing storage space. Offering up to 2.5 times the capacity of standard paper mailers, the new design includes both horizontal and vertical expandable gussets for maximum versatility and is available in three of the most commonly used sizes.
