Apothe.ka, a Greensville-based business owned by Brett van Sickle, has become popular among locals for its eco-friendly, high-quality soaps and shower sprays. Brett has established himself in the area through his HighAcre wellness retreat, which offers a range of self-care services and products in its signature scent. Apothe.ka also sells organic loose-leaf teas and non-toxic candles, and offers a line inspired by the HighAcre company.

“We do all sorts of extra things to make sure that our guests are really comfortable and that their experience is wellness-focused," said van Sickle. "It’s really a space to unwind, relax, and kind of detox from our daily lives. That was the premise of the hotel, so I wanted to create a line of products that aligned with that.”
