Under this model, the builder can offer a home equipped with geothermal at a price point competitive with conventional HVAC systems, while the homeowner benefits from immediate and significant annual savings on utility bills, often enough to offset the service payment and deliver positive cash flow from the first day of occupancy.

The system's superior efficiency, especially in cold climates where it uses far less electricity than air-source heat pumps, provides both long-term cost predictability and enhanced comfort, while its longevity and low maintenance requirements add to its value proposition.
