All Denali Dreams products continue to be manufactured using a traditional cold-process technique. Oils are heated and combined with a lye-water mixture, triggering a chemical reaction that thickens the blend. Natural fragrances and colorants—such as coffee, paprika, or ground nutmeg—are then incorporated before the mixture is poured into molds. After setting for two days, the soap is cut into bars, stamped, and left to cure for approximately 30 days.

Denali Dreams focuses on responsibly sourced ingredients and packaging designed to be compostable or recyclable, while working toward long-term goals of minimizing production waste.
