Entrepreneur Bill Tuff, alongside his brother Kenny, has reimagined vodka production with a bold, climate-conscious twist: Fog Vodka, a spirit crafted using water harvested directly from the air.

Harnessing fog-harvesting technology originally developed for arid coastal deserts and high-altitude landscapes, the Tuff brothers employ a passive system where fog drifts through specialized mesh nets. As the moisture-laden air hits the mesh and cools to its dew point, droplets naturally form and are collected—requiring no mechanical energy or pumps, only wind and gravity.

This sustainably sourced water undergoes rigorous testing to meet stringent food safety and quality standards before it ever reaches the distillation stage.
