Power Knot has deployed its comprehensive food waste management system at a large-scale airport catering operation. The implementation of the brand's multi-component organic waste processing installation represents an integrated system designed to manage substantial daily volumes of food refuse.

The setup of Power Knot's food waste management system incorporates several machines, including a bin tipper, a grinder, a mechanical conveyor, and a central LFC-2000 biodigester unit, which collectively automate the workflow from waste collection through to microbial decomposition on-site. The implementation is noted to currently process approximately three metric tons of waste each day. The process diverts this material from traditional landfill disposal. At its core, the service aims to lower associated operational expenses and environmental impacts for the facility.
