Located in Colorado, the VISION House Transcend is designed to produce as much energy as it consumes through a combination of solar power generation and battery storage. Its construction utilizes a prefabricated approach with a frame made from recycled steel and a foundation incorporating materials that sequester carbon dioxide. The home integrates automated systems to manage internal air quality and energy use, and its interior design emphasizes natural elements and non-toxic materials.

Green Builder Media and Dvele's project is intended to function as a live case study for utility companies and the building industry, illustrating potential pathways for future home construction.
