Bio-Based Consumer Products

HH Chemical has launched 'BIODEX®,' a new brand of bio-based materials made from renewable resources. BIODEX® offers a complete solution—from green raw materials to finished consumer products—supporting a closed-loop system that promotes sustainability at every stage.

The product line includes "monomers, elastomers, polymer chips, fibers, fabrics, and customizable garments, designed for use in textiles, automotive, aerospace, personal care, and medical industries." Furthermore, BIODEX® is known for being greener, softer, and more elastic than traditional materials.

Additionally, compared to petroleum-based nylon, BIODEX® "cuts carbon emissions by up to 73% and is fully recyclable, making it better for the environment; it also outperforms synthetic fibers in softness, stretch, breathability, and shape retention." By combining high performance with eco-friendly features, BIODEX® helps companies and consumers move toward more responsible and sustainable manufacturing and product use.
