The indoor agriculture enterprises 80 Acres Farms and Soli Organic have consolidated through a merger to establish a larger entity operating under the 80 Acres Farms name. The anticipated first-year revenue is nearing $200 million.

The strategic union integrates 80 Acres Farms' proprietary GroLoop technology platform — a system utilizing automation, artificial intelligence, and environmental controls for precision farming — with Soli Organic's extensive retail distribution network and over three decades of expertise in organic agronomy. The combined indoor agriculture operation will manage a nationwide infrastructure of vertical farms capable of producing millions of pounds of herbs, salad greens, and tomatoes annually for over 17,000 retail locations. The partnership emphasizes supply chain resilience, reduced food waste, and consistent product quality.
