Indian-Based Sustainable Packaging Platforms

Mindful Official is an India-based sustainable packaging company focused on developing alternatives to single-use plastic for food and ice-cream packaging applications. The company’s work centers on replacing conventional plastic formats with compostable and biodegradable materials that support waste reduction and improved environmental performance across food service supply chains.

Mindful Official has developed a plastic-free, compostable paper ice-cream tub incorporating self-sealing and tamper-evident features, designed to meet food safety, functionality, and consumer convenience requirements. In parallel, the company offers biodegradable wrapper solutions intended to replace biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) and other commonly used plastic packaging materials.

These packaging solutions are currently being evaluated through pilot trials with established brands in India, including Baskin Robbins India. Mindful Official is also engaging with food and beverage brands in international markets, including the United Kingdom, to support broader adoption of sustainable packaging and reduce reliance on single-use plastics globally.
