An organic factory expansion defines the next step in Essentia Organic Mattress’s commitment to sustainability and wellness innovation. The brand has opened its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Boca Raton, Florida, a major milestone that strengthens its North American footprint and enhances its ability to produce eco-conscious mattresses at scale.
Designed as the largest Certified Organic mattress factory of its kind, the Boca Raton facility integrates environmentally responsible production with cutting-edge materials science. It utilizes "Essentia’s proprietary Beyond Latex™ organic foam, a plant-based alternative to synthetic foams that reduces reliance on petroleum-derived materials while maintaining comfort and durability."
Each mattress is crafted to minimize exposure to "VOCs, household toxins, and EMFs, supporting cleaner indoor air and healthier sleep environments."
