Spicy Upcycled Spirits

Penrhos Spirits and Oddbox teamed up to create a limited-edition Pear and Chilli Gin using locally grown, imperfectly shaped fruits and peppers. Touted as the UK’s first pear and chilli gin, this fruity, spicy spirit was perfected after over 20 different formulations to achieve just the right balance of flavors and a touch of sweet heat. Aligned with the rise of all things swicy, Penrhos Pear and Chilli Gin celebrates this year's harvest, the growers behind it, and helps to reduce waste.

To help drinkers determine whether they like sweet, savory or bold flavors in their cocktails, the collaborating brands created a Pick Your Personality quiz to reveal personalized Pear and Chilli Gin cocktail recipes.
