Regenerative Vodka Spirits

Sapling's New Vodka Uses Wheat Grown Within a Mile of the Distillery

Sapling, the world's first climate-positive vodka distilled from 100% British wheat, added Regenerative Vodka to its portfolio featuring wheat grown within one mile of the distillery. The wheat used for this new vodka from Sapling has not been subjected to either fungicides or insecticides, and has been fertilized naturally.

Regenerative farming practices go beyond sustainability, focusing on soil regeneration, enhancing biodiversity and capturing carbon from the atmosphere. Ivo Devereux, co-founder of Sapling Spirits, describes this new creation as "a brilliant balance of sustainability, sophistication and simplicity."

Sapling Spirits’ Regenerative Vodka made with wheat from Kent offers notes of caramel, citrus, and chocolate orange, and is said to be complemented by earthy, buttery undertones.
