PVC-Free Billboard Materials

Premier has expanded its sustainable signage portfolio with the launch of the eTec Air-R Bubble Board Black Core, a PVC-free display material now available across the UK and Ireland. Manufactured in Europe, this innovative board features a black polypropylene core composed of up to 80% recycled content by weight, marking a significant step toward more eco-conscious print and display solutions. Building on the success of the white core version, this new addition delivers both environmental benefits and high-performance print compatibility.

Engineered for UV, latex, and screen printing, the board is corona-treated to ensure optimal ink adhesion and vibrant print results. Its robust design offers remarkable flexibility in production—compatible with a variety of fabrication techniques including flatbed cutting, die-cutting (both hot and cold), guillotining, hot welding, folding, and laser cutting.
