Affordable Produce Boxes

Flashfood offers shoppers nutritious essentials at affordable prices, and it's debuting in Los Angeles in partnership with Gelson’s Markets, introducing its popular Produce Box to Angelinos in West Hollywood, Silver Lake, and surrounding neighborhoods. Via the Flashflood app, shoppers can now reserve $9 assortments of high-quality, seasonal fruits and vegetables near peak freshness, then pick them up at participating Gelson’s stores.

Beyond increasing access to affordably priced fresh produce and encouraging people to eat more fruits and vegetables, this initiative helps to curb waste and advance Flashfood's mission to feed families, not landfills. To date, Flashfood has diverted more than 145 million pounds of food from landfills and saved shoppers over $370 million on groceries.
