The global family-owned food company Rich Products has published its inaugural Responsible Business Report. Titled 'Generations of Good,' this document consolidates decades of environmental, social, and product-focused initiatives into a formal framework aimed at increasing accountability and transparency across Rich Products operations in more than 100 countries.

The Responsible Business Report organizes the company’s commitments into three areas — renewing the planet through emissions reductions, nourishing plates by offering cleaner ingredient profiles, and prioritizing people by focusing on associate well-being and community investment. On the environmental front, Rich’s has already reduced its operational carbon emissions intensity by 30% since 2016. This exceeds the target of 25% that the company has set for itself. The sustainability focus has removed 61,000 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, which is roughly equivalent to taking over 10,000 gasoline-powered cars off the road for a full year.
