Atlanta-based catering company Yumbii recently added an eco-friendly vehicle to its line of existing food trucks. While food trucks have become extremely popular in recent years, they have had a very harmful impact on the environment. This company has found a way to mitigate the environmental damage caused by food trucks with a sustainable vehicle.

The new 'Super Food Truck' designed by Yumbii is a low-emission food truck that converts exhaust into less harmful substances such as water vapor and nitrogen gas. From the eco-friendly truck, the company serves hybrid Asian and Mexican cuisine, with dishes ranging from spicy pulled pork sliders to panko-crusted fish tacos.
