Renewable Energy Brand Acquisitions

AMPYR Distributed Energy, a subsidiary within the AGP Group, has acquired Eden Sustainable, a developer of renewable energy solutions primarily serving the UK’s commercial and industrial sectors. This acquisition sees Eden Sustainable continue to operate under its established brand and retain its headquarters and experienced team in Exeter. As part of the transaction, the existing management structure remains intact with joint managing directors Jamie Brimblecombe and Justin Leger continuing in their roles, while the company’s founder, Steve Baker, will serve in an advisory capacity for a period of three years.

The strategic move is aimed at enhancing AMPYR Distributed Energy’s capabilities in delivering turnkey renewable projects by integrating Eden Sustainable’s established development expertise and strong customer relationships. The partnership is expected to accelerate the combined pipeline of projects, leveraging AMPYR Distributed Energy’s financial and operational support alongside Eden Sustainable’s proven project delivery processes. This approach underlines a continued commitment to expanding market presence and promoting the adoption of renewable energy solutions across both the United Kingdom and broader European markets.
