Billie Eilish and Bravado Repurpose Old Tour Merchandise

Billie Eilish is partnering with Universal Music Group's merchandise division Bravado to breathe new life into old tour mechandise that had been forgotten over time. Over 400,000 pieces are now being spun into fresh yarn, helping create 280,000 new shirts made from the recycled cotton. This process not only rids Universal of the old gear, but also uses 15 liters less water than what would be used to make a new shirt.

The new shirts will arrive for European consumers in the fall of 2025, ensuring the pieces are sold closer to the manufacturing facility to help reduce emissions from transportation.

"We are drowning in clothes on this planet, much of which is in landfills, much of which is shipped to other countries to pollute their waters and their land," said Maggie Baird, Eilish's mother.
