Cosmogen Supplies its Recycled PET Stick for Horace Men’s Lip Balm

Cosmogen has provided the men’s skincare brand Horace with a post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET stick designed for cosmetic applications. This stick is part of Cosmogen’s customizable range of monomaterial PET and recycled PET (rPET) packaging. According to Cosmogen, the format is compatible with all wax-based and anhydrous formulations, broadening the potential for a variety of brands.

The new lip balm packaging features a sleek black finish with selective varnishing for a premium look. With a 3.7 g capacity, the sticks are available in round or square profiles and multiple heights, providing brands with flexible options to suit product design and brand identity.

“This results in packs and applicators that can be dismantled, recycled, refilled, and made of recycled material. The team has been trained in eco-design and in CSR requirements in innovation. Cosmogen has developed an internal software to evaluate the life cycle analysis of its products," said company representatives.
