Veritiv's curbside-recyclable pallet shipper is designed for transporting temperature-sensitive products like pharmaceuticals. This industry-first innovation is noteworthy because it is constructed from materials that can, according to the company, be placed in standard residential recycling bins.

The launch of Veritiv's curbside-recyclable pallet shipper represents an effort to address the substantial waste generated by traditional insulated shipping systems, which often rely on expanded polystyrene or polyurethane foams that are difficult to process in municipal recycling streams. The container is engineered to maintain a controlled internal climate for over five days. It can also accommodate significant weight and volume, and integrate dry ice for cooling. Vertiv maintains that the structural design of the curbside-recyclable pallet shipper prevents thermal leaks at the edges.
