The Eggshell Re-Planter has been designed by the Atelier LVDW design studio as an eco-friendly take on the humble planter pot that will offer a chic yet sustainable alternative to existing solutions. The planter pot is made with an Eggshell Ceramic material that's made with eggshells to make use of what would otherwise be a waste material. The planter is suitable for use with indoor plants, but can also be used for starting seedlings and transplanting into a garden where it will slowly break down to release its natural nutrients into the soil.
The Eggshell Re-Planter is made with additional natural materials like madder root, indigo and biochar, depending on the variety, to achieve different color effects.
