David Wilson Homes has unveiled a new show home at its Fairway Gardens development in Angmering, inviting prospective buyers to explore it. The three-bedroom residence blends modern style with sustainability, showcasing reclaimed and upcycled furniture, natural textiles, and carefully curated pops of color.

Sustainability is central to the home’s design: the living room features a cross-laced armchair and a coffee table made from reclaimed materials. At the same time, artwork crafted from upcycled tea towels adds a unique, eco-conscious touch. Flooring throughout the bedrooms is anti-allergenic, and most curtains are made from recycled fabrics.
