Reusable Bottled Water Packaging

The Gerolsteiner reusable bottle packaging has been introduced by the brand as an upgraded version of its signature premium bottle design that prioritizes being refilled, while also featuring a reduced carbon footprint.

The bottle has been redesigned with a Champagne bottle base that replaces the traditional four-foot base to dramatically enhance its durability, while slightly increasing weight. The bottle is crafted with 50% rPET that will cut around 1,900-tons of CO₂ emissions each year, which translates to more than one-third of the precious bottle. The bottle can be refilled up to 25 times to further reduce its carbon footprint.

The Gerolsteiner reusable bottle packaging is rolling out now with a transitional period of around two to three years expected for market saturation to allow existing product to be phased out.
