AI Grid Capacity Platforms

Gridsight is advancing AI grid capacity platforms that help utilities identify and unlock underused capacity across existing electricity networks. Its Foundational Grid Model continuously combines fragmented utility data into a unified network view, while AI agents incorporate electrical physics and utility-specific models to help engineers analyze capacity in real time. This allows utilities to connect growing loads from data centers, EVs and distributed energy resources without relying solely on new infrastructure.

The platform has already supported Endeavour Energy in doubling household solar export capacity from 5 kW to 10 kW, with the program expected to unlock 600 MW of additional solar capacity. From a business perspective, Gridsight could help utilities defer costly infrastructure upgrades while directing investment toward areas where expansion is most necessary. Its $26 million Series B will support U.S. expansion as electricity demand and grid complexity increase.
