The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will Host 'Hydrogen Arabia'

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will host the inaugural ‘Hydrogen Arabia’ event, bringing together global and regional leaders, investors, policymakers, and innovators to advance the future of hydrogen and clean energy in the Middle East.

This event aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which targets generating "50% of the Kingdom’s electricity from renewable sources by 2030. Over 1 trillion Saudi Riyals (approximately $270 billion) has been committed to the power sector, including $235 billion specifically allocated to renewable energy initiatives."

‘Hydrogen Arabia’ will emphasize hydrogen’s vital role in Saudi Arabia’s clean energy transition, highlighting the nation’s progress in advancing large-scale hydrogen projects. A prime example is the NEOM Project, which hosts the world’s largest green hydrogen facility and demonstrates Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the global hydrogen economy. The event aims to foster collaboration and showcase innovative approaches to sustainable energy and economic diversification for the region’s future.
