Toast Brewing Jason's Sourdough IPA has been created in partnership between the brewery and the bakery as a high-quality libation that will help to combat against food waste. The partnership will see more than half a tonne of surplus bread from Jason's Sourdough used as a replacement for malted barley in the brewing process for a co-branded final product. The beer comes in 440ml cans with a 5.5% ABV and is expected to be of interest to consumers on multiple fronts including its sustainability ethos as well as its co-branded profile.

Master Baker Jason Geary at Jason's Sourdough spoke on the Toast Brewing Jason's Sourdough IPA saying, "We’re delighted to partner with Toast Brewing on this limited edition beer. This collaboration allows us to give any surplus sourdough a new lease of life, turning it into something delicious. By combining our expertise in traditional sourdough with Toast’s innovative brewing, we’ve created a beer that celebrates craftsmanship while tackling food waste.”
