Packaging Supply Agreements

TomKat Global Solutions has entered an exclusive supply agreement with Sekisui Foam International and Sekisui Foam Australia to supply advanced foam materials for TomKat’s KoolPak reusable and recyclable cold‑chain packaging system, formalised during Australia’s Green Economy business mission in Bangkok. The agreement designates Sekisui as the exclusive materials supplier for KoolPak in Southeast Asia and builds on over six years of prior collaboration, aligning Sekisui’s polyolefin foam expertise with TomKat’s patented liner and commercialisation strategy.

The partnership is positioned to support TomKat’s expansion into regional markets and to accelerate deployment of KoolPak across agri‑food, seafood, supermarket, and pharmaceutical cold‑chain applications by leveraging Sekisui’s manufacturing capabilities and distribution network in the region. TomKat leaders and Sekisui representatives framed the deal as advancing circular‑economy objectives and emissions reductions in the cold chain, and the agreement accompanies TomKat’s Series A capital raise and plans to increase operations in Thailand.
