Women-Empowering Tequila Collaborations

Mijenta Tequila, a producer of additive-free tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, has announced a continuation of its annual partnership with the non-profit organization Women’s Earth Alliance, which focuses on environmental sustainability and community health led by women. The partnership is planned to coincide with Hispanic Heritage Month and Día de los Muertos.

Now in its fourth year, the collaborative initiative by Mijenta Tequila and Women’s Earth Alliance involves a charitable component where one dollar from each bottle sold between September 15 and November 2 will be directed to support the non-profit organization's programs in Mexico.

Mijenta Tequila and the Women’s Earth Alliance, thus, provide financial backing to six specific grassroots organizations that work within sustainable aquaculture, agroecology education, water conservation, marine protection, and local food systems.
